Payments

To start project work, 1/2 of the maximum quote cost needs to be deposited as a good faith payment. Projects will be locked with code and will time out (become unusable) if final payment is not received after the project is delivered.

Delivered code projects will include open code with code comments so future updates can easily be accomplished by any VBA developer.

On-call consulting requires banked time with prepaid funds, as needed. Time is deducted from those funds.

Payments may be made through our secure PayPal account (see payment icon below).

Payments may be made with credit card or via electronic check (checking account transfer). Or contact Dian for our US mailing address if you prefer to mail a check.

Work will begin upon receipt of deposit, or as specified in our agreement.

All clients will receive access to their own private, secure extranet web page on MouseTrax to allow them to view project progress, as well as banked balances and details of time deductions for on-call services.
